Payment Terms
Customers in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and eastern Connecticut can pay in full upon delivery. Cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and credit cards (2.9% markup for credit card payments) are accepted for payment on delivery. Split payment modes are also accepted.
All other delivery locations may require a deposit equal to the value of the shipping container(s) ordered before delivery can be scheduled. The deposit and delivery fee can be paid via ACH, Bank Wire, Zelle, Credit Card (2.9% markup), or mailed check. Currently, the only financing option we offer is Afterpay (6.5% markup) for invoices totaling $4,000 or less. Applications can be done through the Square invoice you receive.
Important Information About Deliveries
Delivery trucks need plenty of room to maneuver the container into the desired spot. Generally, at least 120 feet in a straight line from the rear of the container to the nearest obstacle is required to drop a 40' container; 90 feet is required for 20' containers on the longer equipment. Trucks also need room to get in and out of the site. The typical delivery truck is a truck-and-trailer combination about 70 feet long from tip to tail and 8.5 feet wide. If you are unsure whether a truck can place the container in the spot you want, please upload pictures so we can accurately assess the job and provide an answer as quickly as possible, as well as offer additional placement recommendations for your site to make the job work. The more information you provide, the easier it is for us to determine if we can service your needs. We will work with partner carriers for 20' deliveries on smaller trucks when container placement is impossible with the larger equipment.
Delivery times on the scheduled delivery date can vary based on the timeliness of the depot where we pick up your container. There is nothing we can do to expedite the pickup process, but we will keep you updated to provide an accurate delivery time. We also make multiple deliveries in a day, and the schedule is based on the delivery locations. Please be patient, we leave plenty of room for delays in our schedules to make sure you get your container on the scheduled day. We will deliver at more specific times or dedicate an entire day or days to larger orders if requested. For smaller orders, we can dedicate the whole day to you for an additional charge.

We offer CSC inspections for an additional charge if you need to use your container for shipping cargo.
Payment in full is required upon successful completion of the job via cash or check. Personal checks are accepted!
Outside of New England, deliveries are handled by partner carriers and require a deposit for the containers. The delivery fee can be paid after the successful delivery of your orders. For multiple deliveries spread over several days, we ask that you please pay the delivery fee per delivery.
